This Returns Policy applies to purchases made on www.missalicecosmetics.ie and operates in line with Irish and EU consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement, or refund in accordance with Irish consumer law.

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Change of Mind (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless faulty

3. Refunds
Once your return has been received at Head Office Miss Alice and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days, subject to your payment provider’s processing times. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
