- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days within Ireland, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or public holidays.
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
2. Courier & Delivery
- We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver all orders.
- While we aim to ensure timely delivery, occasional courier delays may occur and are outside of our control.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location (ROI / NI).
- Free delivery applies automatically at checkout once the qualifying spend threshold is reached.
- No customs charges apply to UK customers.
4. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs before the order can be resent.
