We usually have a daily and night time or evening routine.
Ordering
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed we use trusted third-party courier services to deliver all orders. Delivery times are approx. 2-3 working days and may be longer during peak periods.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery applies automatically at checkout once the qualifying spend threshold is reached.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we deliver to both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. No customs charges apply to UK customers.
What happens if a delivery fails?
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs before the order can be resent.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned strictly within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
What if a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@nuacosmetics.ie and provide photos, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation.
How long will a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items, subject to your payment provider’s processing times. Return shipping costs is the customers responsibility.
