You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use of this website by, any third party.

You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious material, or by attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

Products & Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

• Product colours may vary slightly due to screen or device settings
• All products are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable
• Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout
• Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched
• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers
• We do not store or process full payment card details on our systems.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product has been incorrectly priced or described
• Payment has not been authorised
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method.

Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days within Ireland. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or public holidays.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We use trusted third-party courier services. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by couriers or events outside our control cannot be guaranteed against.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location (ROI / NI).

No customs charges apply to UK customers.

Free Delivery

Free delivery will automatically apply at checkout once the qualifying spend threshold is reached. The applicable threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs before the order can be resent.

Returns – Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Irish consumer law.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@nuacosmetics.ie and include:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or delivery docket)

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

After 48 hours, your purchase will fall under our standard 14-day returns policy.

Returns – Cancellation (Change of Mind)

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless faulty

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 days, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Miss Alice Cosmetics and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Losses resulting from misuse of products
• Allergic reactions where full ingredient lists are clearly provided

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to use.
